Tremendous thanks for your podcast – I find it a fantastic source of info that translates well into my clinical work as a community psychiatric nurse within this country’s ’socialist’ public mental health system. Although this system has it’s problems it remains vastly superior to anything in America unless the sufferer is extraordinarily wealthy.
