The MedicCast
This coming poison prevention week gives emergency medicine providers a chance to reach out to the community and collaborate with their local poison centers. Learn more about the upcoming programs in this week’s MedicCast episode, an interview segment with Angel Bivens of the Maryland Poison Center. They cover some of the programs available to EMS as well as talking about how teaching the public about using their local poison center number is a great way to reduce some of the ambulance call volume.
